Elena’s Story
I’m passionate about providing the support and guidance I wish I had access to when I was starting in the entrepreneurship world. I personally know the struggles and how consuming it is making it beyond the breakeven point when starting from the bottom. I started my first business in the transportation industry with one of my brothers in early 2000s and managed a corporate housing business at the same. After 10 years, I was able to acquire ownership in the corporate housing boutique business in 2006.
In 2010 I sold my share of the transportation business to my brother but my desire to continue with that time freedom and work/professional independence has always been an innate part of my life. In 2014 I ventured into the construction industry and started a tile and floors installation business that eventually evolved to include residential remodeling services. I co-managed this business while I concentrated on preparing my corporate housing business for sale. In 2016 I successfully sold my corporate housing business and after this, I took a few years off to recharge.
A few years back I decided to become that guiding light for those with that burning desire for independence and the wish to become their own boss. I now dedicate my time, expertise, and knowledge to support either startups or entrepreneurs/small business owners to thrive. My success lies in working together with my clients to understand their personal and business goals from the start to build a business with a solid and strong foundation, if the business is a startup. When it is an existing business, I work closely with them to identify any potential deficiencies or risks that may be preventing profit maximization. Additionally, I provide solutions to any difficulties business owner themselves or with their business are experiencing either as a one-time expedite resolution or on an ongoing consultative basis. My ultimate goal is to see my clients happy managing their business in a way that allows them to automate their operations and processes as much as possible, so they can enjoy the freedom of time with peace of mind for themselves, family, and friends.
Having worked in different industries and managing all aspects of these businesses, I learned values and important lessons that are my guiding principles which allow me to nurture and develop lasting and impactful business relationships with my clients. I become their ally in supporting and guiding them to succeed but without the everlasting cycle of being controlled by their business demands.
I’m confident that with all my hands-on work experience combined with my formal education in Finance & Business Management degree, together we can take your business to the next level of success and freedom for you.
